About Us

The company named Capital Transformer was established in the year 1992 under the dynamic leadership of Sh. J.M. GOYAL. The unit was established in the Industrial Township of Delhi, manufacturing Power and Distribution Transformer to cater the high demand of erstwhile DVB. The company since its incorporation which started at a very low level and with the small infrastructure aroused to a very high level in terms of productivity/quality and established itself in the field of Distribution & Power Transformers in various boards like DVB, HSEB, PSEB, UPSEB, NDPL, BSES, REL, AVVNL, JVVNL, JdVVNL and other government and private utilities.
The company initially commenced its operations in the year 1992 in a small workshop and has over the years acquired considerable skill & strength in design and manufacturing of transformers. Today the company has following plants to manufacture transformers upto 10000 KVA upto 33 KV class:
Registered office & Unit-I: The main unit situated at B-40, Jhilmil Industrial Area Shahdara Delhi -110095 (India) engaged in complete assembling /testing of distribution & power transformers with a total area of 17000 sq. feet. Unit- II situated at Plot No. SP -182, Riico Industrial Area , Kaharani (Bhiwadi Ext.) Distt. Alwar -301019 (Rajasthan) this unit is fully equipped for in house facilities with a total area of 7000 sq. feet for the various jobs like: Manufacturing and testing of tanks Manufacturing and testing of ERW/PSR radiators. CRGO cutting. Apart from above the company has following: Own facilities for In-house production for Aluminium/Copper Paper Covered wire & Strips for strict quality control & for economy at B-14/5, Jhilmil Indl. Area, Shahadra, Delhi-110095, this unit is engaged in manufacturing paper cover, aluminium/copper wire strips. It is completely equipped to manufacture paper-covered wire & strips as per IS 6162, 6160 & 7404 part I & II meant for paper covered round & rectangular conductor. M/s. Vidyut Udyog., this unit is located in industrial township of Jammu, the work situated at lane no.3, Phase-I, Sidco Complex, Bari Brahmna, Jammu, J&K, which is also engaged in manufacturing of Transformers Laminition.
