| Layout of all the works is carefully planned in order that the flow of raw materials manufacturing, assembly, testing, finishing and dispatch lead to maximum efficiency including quality dealing at various stages. All the plants & machines are of superior quality and are regularly being maintained to give optimum service. Separate feeder shops of insulation, densified wood, gasket, fabrication and tool room provide unhindered supply of finished/semi finished accessories to winding/ assembly section lines. EOT cranes of various capacity up to 25 tones ensure lifting of transformers by us. Surface treatment of the tanks by short blasting and painting in controlled atmosphere provides whether proof coating on transformers. |

A group of trained personals at various levels carry out checks of all the raw materials, work in process and at final inspection. We have complete testing facility to carry out routine, special, acceptance test expect Short circuit & light impulse, which are conducted at nationally recognized laboratories such as CPRI, Erda. |
